I’m here to lead with honesty, listen with curiosity, and always stay tender.

My story

My spiritual journey began in 2014, when an intense bout of loneliness led me to seek out guidance at a Buddhist meditation studio. It was there that I first learned the concept of loving non-attachment, and was challenged to accept my world as it truly was. I developed a curiosity about the nature of my suffering, which became the foundation of my spirituality. My quest for wisdom eventually paved a path for me to study astrology, develop a yoga + meditation practice, and discover somatic healing techniques.

My dream is to alchemize my spiritual learnings into soul-aligned offerings that connect people with their innate creativity and embody the spirit of community. I’ve come to learn that we’re all social, communal beings—desperately searching for connection while also attempting an authentic development of our “self.” Humanity hurts, and the work I do is meant to support people and organizations as they develop the self-awareness and interdependence needed to cope with, and thrive within, their unique human experience.

As a queer, Black practitioner, my lived experience of marginalization informs a lot of what I do. I am also influenced by and working to understand the impact of my economic and able-bodied privilege. I come with complexity, and I’m deeply committed to honoring yours.

Whether it’s through the wisdom of astrology, helping find/build community, or facilitating space for meaningful connection, I hope that I can be a trusted guide on your journey. Thanks for being here.
